The lift is taking so long to arrive The lady said at the reception desk if I wanted to stay one more night but she charges me %35 more despite being week day not weekend. Very frustrating."

"Our room is large and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also large while the towels and linen are too notch. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the self serve espresso’s station. Hotel is only 5-6 minutes walking distance to ‘Milano Central"
