"Breakfast was poor. The place is a little run down. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Room was clean but outdated."

"Check in at the hotel was easy and the front desk clerks were really nice. Upon entering the room, we found it very clean and spacious. The a/c was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Now for the bad part: we booked a two night stay. On the day after we got there, we left early to attend an event. When we got back to the room, we found that the beds had not been made, the trash had not been removed and fresh towels had not been provided. Contacting the front desk we were told that "room service" required a three night stay. So for $200.00/night we did not even get what Home2Suites consider room service (emptying trash cans, making beds and fresh towels). So if you plan less than a 3 night stay, plan on making your bed yourself."

"Mowers/Grounds Crew started at 7 am on a Saturday. We stayed in the Cabins on the Water. Shower handle Broken/Could not get Repaired. TV Remote Broken/Not Repaired. Coffee Pot not operable...."

Parking: limited and didn’t look inviting Check in: fast and easy Room: clean but smelled like mildew. I sprayed some body spray to make it smell a little better. Checkout: basic but as we were leaving the entire way out smelled like wet dog. Probably not the hotel’s fault, just someone with a dog. Overall, we got what we paid for and we just needed a place to sleep. "
