Friendly check in! Elevator broken but I needed to get my steps in so no complaints there. Room is clean. Breakfast we average. Coffee machine was nice with lots of options. Parking was plentiful. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Elevators not working was not enjoyable. One of our two televisions didn’t work. Breakfast was fine but limited choices. Room plenty big. Suites should have a full sized refrigerator not a mini fridge and possibly a wet bar.

All elevators were out and have been for over a month so everyone was complaining trying to get lower level floor rooms and the girl ckg in did not speak good English and was quite flustered. There was a long line of guests trying to ck in and it took a long time!

Elevators didn’t work and signage was posted at the property, however, I saw no indication prior to booking. My son has knee surgery and is recovering through PT, I would have chosen another hotel….the smell was unpleasant The room was ok, toilet had hard water stains…went down for breakfast around 9:15, most items were gone and were not replenished.
