"Shower door would not stay shut, Refrigerator door would not stay shut. Remote control for TV back plate kept falling off and a plastic corner protector on the wall was laying in the corner. Not to mention the hot tub in the pool area was down and that is primarily why I chose Ballys."

"I recently stayed in the Plaza building, and had an awesome time. The condo itself was in great condition and clean. The convenience of being one quick shuttle ride away from Stagecoach was the best. One minor thing was that the single bedroom smelled a bit like smoke, which was odd because the rest of the apartment didn’t. We stayed during winter so there was no need for AC, which was great. We didn’t take advantage of all of the other amenities because we didn’t have time. But we would def return! Also, all of the staff we encountered were polite—including guys who ran the shuttle, they were the best. "
