"Was exactly what we needed "

"Booked this cottage to use as a base whilst visiting family nearby and it had everything we needed for our stay. It's super cosy and clean. I appreciated the amenities in the bathroom especially as I'd forgotten mine, so that was really handy. Communication from the host was quick and friendly too. Would definitely stay again when back visiting family. "

"I asked if they had elevator, they answered no but not to worry on first floor. It was3 flights up. The tiny bathroom with shower, the floor was flooded when arrived and could not get a plumber in before we left. No drawers in that room and 3 hangars in closet. Key pickup instructions were for old holder which had been replaced and did not relate. Could not get key code until 3 pm or up to 45 pound charge for any earlier. 20 pound non refundable fee added the day before for damage or a 200 pound refundable fee . Not as nice as photos."

"No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short."

"Lodge was spotless, good size, hot tub great and very relaxing.Bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in the mattress needs replacing.Shower great very powerful however it didn’t drain very well and folded the floor, kitchen was great but utensils need reviewing, ie new saucepans and frying pan, oven trays needed ."
