I stayed here in 2024 and stayed here again this year. I felt safe, the room was quiet, and the technology for entering the hotel and my room were great. I liked the heated bathroom floor as well. The location is fantastic since it's just a 10-minute walk from the Stockholmsmässan venue.

Nice and quiet apartment in great neighborhood and close to pendeltåg. It was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Just the TV shut down every 15 minutes automatically and the shower hose could be renewed.

Best short stay

The stay was amazing for the reasonable price. The location is also good near to the train station and supermarket. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

The apartment was very good! There was everything what you need and it was near the railwaystation so it was easy to move everywhere. Also the area feels really safe and we didin’t have problem to walk there even in the evening.

We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again.

4 person really 2 person. Still great time tho!

The place was great however the apartment we stayed in (4 people) was defo just a two person room. It's one room with a bed, sofa bed and kitchen all together. Very small, saying this though it did it's job well, was close to the event and clean. Next time we will book more in advance to get the proper 4 person rooms

Nice place near Stockholmsmässan

Functional little apartments only a short walk away from the Stockholm Fair. Very convenient for a business trip if you're going to Stockholmsmässan. Only three stops away from the city center by the nearby train. Read the check in/check out instructions carefully as there is no reception. I had a small issue checking out but their call center fixed it all immediately.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean apartment in a good location for the commuter train into Stockholm, and with places to eat, drink and shop nearby for the quieter days. Online text communication was clear and the access code worked easily. Only snag was that I reported an issue to maintenance with the cooker on the day of arrival, got an acknowledgment email, and heard nothing again before we departed 3 days later, so had no use out of that.

The first thing to know is that it is a great value for money. Very well connected with buses and trains to the centre of Stockholm. Check in code was sent quite late but check in was smooth and easy. The room is equipped with all essentials but we noticed blood spots on the sheet but they had given us more sheets. Bathroom had a strange smell and no ventilation so a long stay would be uncomfortable.

The Location is really good. All clean and safe. But I have 3 points: 1. if you are traveling with 4 persons and need to sleep on the sofa bed, the air condition which we are not able to turn off was too cold at night for the persons who slept on the sofa bed. 2. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable! 3. If you need to wash and dry clothes- the dryer didn’t work well and clothes were still wet and there not enough time to dry it again in the dryer.

A safe and quiet place to stay for a weekend trip There is also good wifi. There is a laundry room on floor 10, so it's very convenient. Take out garbage on the floor 1 or near the elevator of your own floor. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries if you need them since the bathroom only includes liquid hand soap and body wash. The instructions on how to enter the apartment and your room were simple and clear. I love the technology and how everything is digital and efficient. I ordered a coffee package while booking a room, and it was on a table when I arrived in there. I absolutely loved that! Overall, a good stay. There room I was given had a lot of giant pink-ish stains on one of the walls. I really liked that it is quiet and the technology involved made it very safe. This hotel is located in an excellent location because you can do some shopping and get groceries nearby. You can also easily just walk to the Stockholmsmässan center.
