Great hotel. Perfect location with a supermarket close by. A few cute cafes, restaurants and more. And not mention close to the airport with a direct bus. And close to the center through a nice walk. The hotel itself has an amazing gym. A great spa. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and fantastic. The room itself was quite small and had no AC. That might have been the biggest problem. Other than that everything was great.

Conveniently located right near a bus stop direct from Arlanda. Hotel was very quiet all weekend despite there being a large wedding on we didn't hear a thing. Lovely rooms spacious and great nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was exceptional every morning. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Stockholm.

The plumbing was terrible. Shower had awful water temperature consistency. The tub had a huge gash in the side of it. The hotel has no AC and all the rooms were very hot and difficult to sleep in. On the plus side the staff were excellent and the gym is fantastic although it has annoying opening hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was very well appointed with good quality and well maintained equipment. If you're flying in or out of Arlanda, the flygbussarna bus picks up and drops off very close to the hotel, which is inexpensive and super convenient. We had the breakfast every day we were there. I didn't ask if they had an omelette station, but that would have been a major upgrade. I really loved the bread! During our stay, there was some major road construction going on in front of the hotel. If the noise during the day would bother you, try to get a room facing the back. Work starts at 7 am and is done by 6 pm or so for the day. Note that there is no air conditioning, so to get any airflow, you must open the windows. Also, there is a nice British style pub right next door to the hotel with proper British cask ales in addition to local favorites.

Good - polite, friendly, helpful staff Breakfast excellent Not so good - Our bedroom windows didn’t open and there was no aircon. Told staff, the only way they could open the top opening windows was to remove the handles. This meant we had to put our fingers into a hole to attempt to open the windows. Would have preferred option to change rooms. Also unfortunately we overlooked the front of the building and across the road there was early building work noise going on.

What a delightful stay in a hotel and spa. The room was really well thought out and handled us and our teenager well. The breakfast was delicious and great restaurants very near by. The spa was clean and beautiful, with plenty of options. Really made our stay something special.

Hotel was clean and amazing breakfast. They have onsite babysitting for free! And lots of restaurants around so parents can actually enjoy a quick nice dinner too. The bunk beds are set in such a way that the king size bed get some privacy and kids have black out curtain which helps during the summer. It’s a bit far from the downtown but the airport transportation could not be easier!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The desk staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and providing an umbrella for the rainy day. All were kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was a wonder of diversity, something for everyone and delicious. Our stay was the perfect end to our visit to Stockholm.

I feel I was a little bit misled by the presentation of the hotel. The room I stayed in was due for a renovation, it was quite old, with stained carpet and all. Beds and linens were impeccable though. Small bathroom but great water pressure. I thought I’d enjoy the spa but in fact it’s kind of separate and you have to pay for it, I thought I could just pop in, but no. I saw a sauna on my floor though, but they didn’t mention it at the reception, so not sure if you can just use it or if you have to book? Breakfast was great, though.
