Fantastic stay with great rooms, staff, facilities and location. The staff were super friendly and always there to provide the best possible service. The spa is amazing, with great facilities and perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend the hotel and worth having a front facing room to wake up to beautiful views of the city.

Probably the best hotel and location in Stockholm . Staff were outstanding. The rooms were good and promptness of service was excellent. The windows on top floors are small so suggest lower floors for views. The elevators are small also making moving luggage for a larger family a bit cumbersome. Overall a nice stay and recommend it most highly.

Excellent physical property. My room was recently updated, and while not overly spacious it was quite comfortable. The staff is very capable and engaging. The hotel also appears to be a local gathering spot for well dressed Swedes. They mob the champagne bar.

Great service, but check your credit card bill

Hotel charged me for an upgrade even though my hotels.com gold status entitles me to an upgrade free. They told me it was free on check in, then waited until I left and pushed through an extra payment on my card. Emailed hotel 4 times since we left. RADIO SILENCE. I need hotels.com help to resolve this before I escalate with legal action.
