Overall, terrific! The room was what I expected for the price and everything was very clean. The staff was outstanding - very helpful, knowledgeable, and everything was so easy/never a hassle. The breakfast was great with a wide variety and plentiful! Just wonderful!!

I booked a small room in the hotel. It was definitely small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were great, the included breakfast was substantial and had great variety. The on site restaurant has a real buzz and the location is second to none. I highly recommend it, just keep your expectations of room size in check!

The hotel is located in a perfect area, the ambiance and design of the hotel is super cool, the staff is also great. Sandra received us with a lot of attentions and she gave us really good tips about the city. Totally recommend this hotel for shorter and longer stays.

Noisy hotel. There was so much noise coming from outside well into the night. The breakfast was boring. Bread wasn’t fresh, very limited selection. The only nice thing about the hotel was the check in and check out experience with kind staff.

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. 3 night stay; booked a queen bedded room as wanted a bigger room. Room still very small and requested a move to a king. This was provided at small cost and was much better. Staff very willing to help including printing documents.

Hotel basic but has everything you need - a little dusty in areas. Lacks air conditioning so we slept with windows open - unfortunately every single morning between 4-6am an extremely loud glass bottle collection lorry became an awfully unpleasant wake up alarm. There were only sheer curtains so light couldn’t be fully blocked out (keeping the room hot during the day for our evening return) luckily we did have a fan. One thing the hotel did very very well was breakfast! The hotel is also located conveniently in relation to the cities attractions & transport links. There is an alcohol store at the end of the street from the hotel which could be heard throughout the night, it didn’t hugely bother me - nowhere near as much as the glass collection lorry every morning. The staff were always friendly, always greeted us upon arrival or return, also helped when we had a query. The staff at Story hotel were excellent! Overall, we enjoyed our stay mostly for the convenient location and the breakfasts.

2 adults and a 14 year-old family stayed at the Deluxe Room for 4 nights. Goods: 1. Excellent location, 1 min walk to metro station, 10mins walk to all shopping centers and the most central area 2. Clean and modern room 3. Breakfast included - good quality 4. Friendly staff Bads: 1. The bedding set quality is poor. The pillows almost feel empty, no support to head and neck. The duvet cover and bed sheet have a rough texture, like cardboard, they make the skin very itchy. 2. Toilet/bathroom is rather small. The toilet was blocked twice during our stay. 3. No way to adust the central heating in the room - it gets very dry at night time.
