This is located in a very quiet area apparently built for businesses and offices. The hotel tower is very nice and dining area is very good. Rooms were spacious.

The hotel is great, overall, with it being close to rail transportation, you can get into the heart of Stockholm in 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their "Sky Bar" is only open 3 days a week... in the MIDDLE of the week! Are you kidding me? I would love to stay there again, but they need to rethink their Sky Bar days open, because there really isn't anything nearby to grab a drink if you're not wanting to drink in Stockholm before coming back to your room. Breakfast is included and had plenty of food... so bonus! I had to take it down from 5 to 4 stars because of the Sky Bar issue... in hopes they receive feedback and take it into consideration.

A nice hotel and ideal location, right next door to KISTAMÄSSAN. The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic, without the basics like tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was very disappointing, considering the price.

Practically there is no service. No phone in the room. You have to go yourself to the front disk to get toilet paper! You have to request the room cleaning more than once evryday. No room service. No electric water kettle in the room. Limited choice in the breakfast menu. In summary: the worst experience I ever had, which was shared by all colleagues who attended the conference and stayed in this hotel.

Business

Looks great from the outside but basic inside. Big walk in shower but then only a hand held outlet that dribbled out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar doesn’t open until 5 so before then the check in staff serve you beer. So I finished work at 4.30pm wanting a beer and had to stand in a 20 min queue of people checking in to get a beer! By the time I sat down with it the bar was then opening!
