"clean room but too tight. staff are very friendly and helpful overall brit is a good hotel especially how they take good care of our stuff. the only thing i could recommend is the lift or elevator i hope one day you would consider putting a lift esp for travellers like us with too many luggage."

"Check in very efficient and quick. The Runway bar is a highlight for both a drink and food. Outdoor seating available for the full airport experience of noise and the smell of aviation fuel. Check out the next morning was as easy as the check in"

"Amazing staff especially the doorman who always helped lift our stroller up the stairs and went above and beyond helping my wife wheel the suitcases down the street to a car rental pick up location after having issues getting a taxi to take us there. Reception staff gave our two infants plush toys upon arrival which was a beautiful touch. Very convenient location, a touch too busy for us with young children."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Bailey's Hotel. Great location in South Kensington, literally across the street from main Underground transport. Wonderful English charm. I highly suggest including the delicious English breakfast to start your day. The service was very accommodating."

"Older property in good location-easy walk to Paddington station. One light bulb in room burned out and there is a trick to flushing the toilet, as stated on several reviews. Plenty of hot water. NOTE: the water gets very hot . English breakfast included. Would stay again just for convenient location and on site breakfast."
