"breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all. The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel was located next to the underground and lots of places to eat. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay there again."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast place was huge with variable food and quick re-fill. Elevators a bit small in size for such many rooms hotel."

"Room was excellent. Staff was superb. Location great. The in-room snacks and drinks were free which was awesome. Afternoon tea was great and a beautiful room that it was in but it wasn’t cheap."

"Nice hotel"

"Camera pulita, personale cortese, ottima posizione."

"A great little find in West London. Sadly didn’t get to try the whisky bar but will be back"

"The location was very good 👍"

"Room was clean, just very small. Great location with public transport nearby."

"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay there again."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr guter Standort. Nahe an div U-Bahn Stationen.
