The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location. Basically nothing but a bedroom and bathroom and it was clean and functional but tiny (sideways) closet, no cabinets, no fridge, no coffee (could pay for it downstairs). Close to a bus and tube stop. Shower drain was clogged upon arrival and was not fully fixed during the stay.

Location! It’s literally around the corner from Portobello Market and public transportation. I’m glad I got a hotel with air conditioning, as it was 90 that week in London. Lots of greats eateries near by. 10/10 would stay here on my next London trip.

The room's location is great, there are supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants serving various international cuisines nearby. The room's soundproofing is just average, but the other amenities are quite complete. The lack of a refrigerator in the room is a bit of a disappointment. When I checked in, it wasn't particularly cold in UK, so getting cold beer or drinks meant going downstairs to ask the bartender for ice and bringing it back up. Besides that, everything was excellent.

Convenient location, very close to tube station & Notting Hill's beating heart. Staff are helpful & friendly. Unlike the average hotel though, won't find these in the room: fridge, kettle, miscellaneous bathroom amenities like vanity kit / toothbrush. But there will be a speaker to plug an electric guitar (complimentary to borrow from the reception) to jam in the room, vending machine every other floor, 24hr reception and a galley on every level to make coffee / tea anytime. Overall good value & we enjoyed a comfortable stay here.

They cleaned the room every day and replaced the towels regularly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool. It was also very quiet, and the bed was comfortable, so I had a great night’s sleep.
