"Excellent staff. So very pleasant, helpful & polite, especially the front desk employees. Rooms are clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area."

"The stay was good , but the room is not serviced every day and they don’t even deliver towels to room. We have to collect it from front desk. There were stains on refrigerator of food and drinks which was very dirty and poor There is no breakfast or even coffee machine at the front desk"

"The phone in the room rang twice throughout the night before I just left it off the hook. Hair was in the shower. The indoor pool area was freezing and the painted floor was chipping and got all over you. Not to anyone’s fault but the fire alarm did also go off at 6:30am so that was three times I was woken up while staying in this hotel. "

"1st check-in fast and easy. The room was clean and sitting areas, bed and floors kept clean. But the bathroom quit a few boogers on the walls next 2 the toliet. The breakfast was good and a good deal of choices. But the garbage cans would get filled till over flowing and the staff didn't change the bag out? The pool was closed because the city is taking months 2 renew the license;( Lastly 1 check in lady needs some additional customer service training.) But most were great. For the money well worth the stay."

"The property was in very poor condition. The tub was literally patched. The overall impression was threadbare and unclean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine."
