Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV's in the rooms should be updated to SMART tv's to be able to stream services. I was there during a major blizzard and extended my stay and channels were very limited.

The area itself was pretty once you got away from where the hotel was situated. there was a variation in food choices and I will recommend highly the pancake factory
