"We loved this hotel. It is well designed with spacious rooms and is beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful and readily available. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Harvard. We used uber and walked to the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again."

"The Inn was a great value for the price. There are two things for improvement, one, I was shocked when I got there to see my room was on a downstairs floor and there was a huge flight of stairs and no elevator. However, the night stuff was wonderful and offered to help me with my large suitcase getting down the stairs, for which I was very grateful. Secondly however the washer and dryer were not working which was unfortunate and I did not know. Now perhaps in both cases there was a communication I did not read, but definitely for the stairs it's important for people with mobility issues to know that. There's an upstairs and a downstairs and no elevator. On the plus side again, there was coffee in the main area which was great and the parking was complimentary with your stay. The beds were comfortable in the room was clean. Again overall great value for the price and the staff were great!"

"Most of the staff we interacted with was pleasant, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I’d say there was was that the parking lot is on the smaller side. Once we returned to the hotel after a wedding we were attending, the lot was full (there was a college football team hosted here the weekend we were here) and we were told when we couldn’t find a spot, that there was additional parking behind the hotel and honestly that would of been ok if there was lighting back there. There absolutely wasnt any lights behind the hotel. There was parking on another lot (another building that’s up for lease/sale) that we could of parked at I suppose but it wasn’t the hotel’s property and with us in a rental car, we didn’t want to risk anything happening to the vehicle. We ended up finding a parking spot so it worked out. But overall, it was a pleasant experience."
