"Even though the main down stairs wasn’t open due to reverb we had a lovely time of the terrace bar. Rooms were amazing and so beautifully accommodating for dogs. Only thing we would say is the staff didn’t clear the tables quickly so a lot of messy tables but over al we can’t wait to come back, thank you "

The menu is limited and the service is not very friendly including the greeting at the entry point. Breakfast was self service and the selection was reasonable, however the replenishment was slow and infrequent. There were quite a few guests walking around looking for cutlery and also waiting for fresh food to come out. Not the best experience for dining but the stay was relaxing and...

"Had a lovely time food in the bear pub and the bistro excellent staff friendly the only bad comment I have is I do not appreciate dogs being the the eating areas I was aware that the hotel was dog friendly but I really don’t think they should be where people are eating surely they should leave the dog or dogs in their rooms while dining "
