Pros
New, modern hotel with nice rooms and all mod cons.
Water dispenser - each floor has a water dispenser for fresh cold water.
Facility - it was nice coming back each day from San Marco to a modern comfortable facility.
Free breakfast - buffet breakfast each morning. Cook your own waffle included.
Location - easy access to the water bus (Vaporetto).

This is a really great hotel If I were to be o8ck for a rounded review, the only issue is food:
Bland buffet breakfast - while a complimentary breakfast is much appreciated, the food was often cold (hint: close the covers to keep it warm), unimaginative with the same fair each day and some coffee machines weren't working or the coffee was dispensed lukewarm (unheated milk)
Very basic dinner - they proudly advertise vegan and vegetarian dishes but many of us want meat in our pasta and pizza (I realise it's not Italian but allow us the choice to add). Italian dishes of pizza and pasta were well priced but if you wanted an international meal, be prepared to pay a lot more. E.g. 20 Euro for a basic burger? Really? We ended up eating elsewhere by the 3rd night.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great job Hilton, we'd definitely come back!"
