"We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Amir at the front desk was amazing in keeping up with our request as we had requested for the rooms to be next door to eachother or connecting rooms. He was very polite and helpful. Mizan also the manager at the front desk was also very polite and helpful, if we had and questions or requests they were met very promptly, always greeeted us with a smile and politeness. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of local dishes, fresh fruits, yogurts, tea, coffee, pastries, cakes and much much more. You can request the chefs to make you a omelette of your choice along with any other dish you wish to put together within reason as they had all fresh ingredients available. The rooms were cleaned regularly mornings and also by the evenings we would also have another round of cleaners come by to check on water bottles which were supplied to the room or just give the rooms a quick tidy. The mini bar was all complimentary which was a bonus as there is a pool, Gym and kids club which again was free of charge aswell as the wifi and they also had a choice of connecting your devices to the tv along with either watching Youtube or Netflix. The 3 kids club staff were absolutely amazing. My little 6 year old loved going to the kids club nearly everyday, as they had alot of different activities for children to do like puzzles, reading, colouring, drawing, origami which the staff sit down with you and do together."

"The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant and restful stay. The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang."

"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre. Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. "

"There was a bus down the road from our hotel meaning that we could we could take the bus down to Georgetown. Nice swimming pool, beach front with scenic seating area, food court in front of hotel with other local restaurants in the vicinity, bus stops close by if you want to try the local service. "

"I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help. I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and nobody seems to take responsibility. This whole situation wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. "
