"Stayed here our final night after doing the ring road before an early flight. We were initially skeptical as the surroundings are pretty industrial and not the picturesque Iceland we were used to, but once we were inside it was clean and spacious and perfect place for our family to reorganize and get some sleep before our flights. Even had laundry (but bring your own detergent). It’s contactless check in and out which worked well for our schedule, though it was a tad rocky because we didn’t get the expected email with the info. Someone was available 24/7 by phone so it ended up being fairly easy anyway. Parking was tight but the staff helped with that as well."

"I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. I was located on the other side of the building where it was quiet. I was on the street side this time and there was a lot of street noise. I do not recommend getting the spa package. Not worth the money. Staff was great. Breakfast good."

"The hotel is nice over all . Some details are missed that are inconvenient. Need more than the one garbage in the bathroom. Need a shelf in the shower for your products . Need a way to turn the heat down. Better way to use the hot tub ."

"The property was expensive for what you get. We got a room with a private hot tub. The hot tub is outside of room and not private from other rooms. The hotel turned the hot tub off at 10 o’clock even though it was private and the hot tub has a large crack in the tub itself. It also was missing panels near the step. The room main bedroom door would not even shut. it did not enough seating in the room and really not even enough small tables. The outside is neat but cluttered and many things were broken or falling apart"
