"We are regular visitors to the hotel and it’s always a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to come into. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The food is super. The rooms are always clean and tidy, but could do with a bit of maintenance. Overall, a wonderful stay again"

"I spent two days at Elephant Rock Hotel and I cannot say enough great things about it! From the minute I arrived the staff were amazing and so welcoming. Joanne, the manager that I met on arrival, then Charlotte the following day were both so lovely. I was there on a personal solo trip and they made it so I had zero to think about other than being present on my trip. I am so grateful. The location is perfect with a gorgeous view and steps from the main part of town. The food was fantastic! A wonderful breakfast to fill you up before you get on your adventures for the day. Those homemade shortbreads in the rooms were out of this world good! Also the decor was beautiful and the place was spotless. I've already told them I'll be back next year. I highly recommend Elephant Rock Hotel! Thank you for making it such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. Jules"

"we where offered another room, both drains where 90% blocked, very helpfull and cleaned filter of shower, worked good, put strong products in both pipes or drains, worked OK the next day...we where eating twice, thursday in the bar, with dogs running around...NOT in a place where you eat...sorry...saturday in the resto, but for the second time rock hard brocolli on my plate...but repeat, breakfast staff, reception staff very helpfull and very nice people....good stay but for a dogfriendly hotel...dogs on the line OK, but barking and running around dogs...NO WAY....not everybody like dogs. sorry again."

"We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good."
