"It's a lovely place well maintained the chap in reception was very helpful. If you like remote places you need to visit. There is a bit of a shop in reception. But as it's self catering I would recommend you stock up as the nearest spar is 30 miles away. Hopefully we will be returning at some time."

"The Lochside Cabin was a unique room type that we really enjoyed. Amazing views to the harbor were the highlight. Very clean and comfortable too. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Ullapool."

"We LOVED our stay at this cottage! It was so beautiful and picturesque, exactly as shown. A great place to unwind and enjoy the quiet. We did a couple of short day trips so even though it was remote it was a good spot to spring off from. The kitchen had everything we need (although all we did was cook breakfast there) and the laundry machines were so appreciated. Our kids found tadpoles in the stream out back and we were visited by the many deer every evening. Fiona was very communicative. We would definitely love to stay again and recommend to anyone looking to get up to the highlands!"
