"Overall, poor standard of accommodation for £140 per night. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were very low. Had to ask for a move of room as couldnt even open the windows in our room. 2nd room was marginally better, st least we could get some fresh air!"

"Had a very nice 2-night stay at Loch Long Hotel with my daughter and grandson. On arrival the reception area is very bright, modern and welcoming. The man on reception is extremely polite. After reading some really negative reviews I wasn't expecting much but was more than pleasantly surprised by how nice it actually is. "Invercreran Lodge was a perfect overnight experience in the countryside of the highlands! Rural setting away from the crowds and busy roads. Easy drive to Glencoe or Oban. Staff is amazing and facilities are top rate. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, five star getaway with stunning views and superb hosts! "

I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. "
