The staff stood out most of all because they were so kind. Especially during breakfast when two of the female staff members was always taking time to say hi and have a little chat. All the staff was so accommodating and if they wasn’t sure about something they would let you know. I appreciate the honesty part and how friendly everyone was. My room was nice and clean although rooms can use a little updating I still enjoyed my stay. 😃

Staff was courteous, LOUD neighbors two nights in a row which was handled by staff but no towels in pool area, coffee lids didnt fit cups at breakfast although they did say they were full but for 400 + dollars for two nights it should have been a better stay compared to other hotels. Seems they raised prices for the area with guests going to camelback etc.

When we came back from the water park we noticed the reader had actually fallen off our door and I took it downstairs to the front desk. She took the piece that had fallen off the door and taped it to a piece of paper and wrote a note on it. I asked her if it would affect us getting in and out of our room and if I would’ve be charged for something that was already damaged, she expressed that it wouldn’t and appeared to be annoyed by my questioning. However, when we left out for breakfast the next morning, the door locked behind us and we were unable to get back in. The reader was not working. The master key couldn’t even get us into our room either. For almost 2 hours we waited in the hallway with Patricia and Ralph as he used a crow bar and other tools to get into the room. We were unable to utilize the pool before we left because it was too close to check out once we were granted access to our room. Patricia and Ralph were the most positive experience of this whole trip but overall a lot of time was wasted and we weren’t treated fairly. I have pictures and videos of everything listed.
