Netter Empfang, gute Lage wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der PorscheArena etc besucht. Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel für Faire 15 Euro pro Nacht. Leider kann man kein Stellplatz reservieren. Frühstück qualitativ sehr gut, genug Auswahl.. Zimmer war Sauber, Bett bequem .

Es ist für uns ein Rätsel, wie die vielen positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Wie sich am nächsten Tag herausstellte, wurden wir beim Check-in dreist vom Mitarbeiter belogen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob es sich tatsächlich um ein Comfort-Zimmer handle, bejahte er dies. Eine Umbuchung war nicht möglich, da angeblich kein Comfort-Zimmer verfügbar war – was ich stark bezweifle. Als wir abends ins Hotel zurückkamen, hatten die Reinigungskräfte unsere Zimmerkarte einfach mitgenommen! Ich wandte mich an die Rezeption, doch auch diesmal erhielten wir nur eine pauschale Entschuldigung – sonst nichts! Es wirkte einstudiert, als wäre das die Standardantwort für sämtliche Beschwerden. Auf meine Nachfrage nach dem Vorgesetzten hieß es, dieser sei nicht da – und übers gesamte Wochenende selbstverständlich nicht erreichbar (wie praktisch). Die Dusche war unhygienisch – die Glasabtrennung wurde nicht gereinigt, was sehr unangenehm und zum Teil eklig war. Der Platz in der Dusche ist extrem beengt (und wir sind beide sehr schlank), sodass wir uns beim Duschen ständig drehen mussten, um nicht die schmutzigen Wände zu berühren. Zudem schwankte die Wassertemperatur ständig stark – so sehr, dass wir uns mehrfach verbrühten, da man sich kaum rechtzeitig wegbewegen konnte. Wir werden diese Hotelkette nie wieder buchen und raten auch jedem davon ab. Es ist eine Schande!
