The perfect place to relax on a rainy day, chilly evening – or anytime, really – the living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. With a green feature wall and brick fireplace as the focal point, vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows putting the natural surroundings on full display, it’s just beckoning guests to curl up with a book, plan a game night, or get down on the rug and play.
On the other side of the house, the TV room features a double-chaise sectional and a huge flatscreen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or a separate kids’ space. There’s also a game room with billiards, so you have plenty of entertainment options, even when it’s raining.


𝗞𝗜𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗡 & 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚:
If you want to cook meals on vacation, you’ll love the enormous gourmet kitchen. Expansive granite countertops and a huge island provide plenty of space for meal prep, and stainless-steel appliances – including a gas range and double oven – make it easy to host large gatherings.
When it’s time to dine, a large dining table that seats ten is just steps away. Just beyond the dining area are French doors to the deck, making it easy to bring meals and snacks outside to dine al fresco.

With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms (plus a powder room), there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge. In addition to the luxurious primary suite, a bunk room, and two rooms with multiple twin beds, the perfect setup for families. And with multiple showers and sinks, fighting over the bathroom just won’t happen here. You’ve also got ample closet space and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
Our home is set away from the street and nestled in the woods for ultimate tranquility and privacy. Enjoy the peace of the huge fenced-in backyard and all of the fun you can have there! Relax on the patio, take a dip in the in-ground pool (in the summer), get a barbeque going on the grill, and gather around the fire pit with a drink, a s’more, or both.

We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if you’re planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.

Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.

Please note that the pool is available from May 15 through September 1.
HOUSE RULES: Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws. Guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. The following rules apply:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a $500 fee and eviction.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or in any enclosed areas. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

POOL/HOT TUB USE (IF APPLICABLE): Use of the pool or hot tub is at Guest’s own risk. No diving is permitted. Use is limited to registered guests only. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The pool is available from mid May to September 1. Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday.

CARE OF PROPERTY: Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. Do not tamper with unauthorized equipment. Furniture, décor, and equipment must not be moved or rearranged without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement of furniture will result in a $250 fee.

CLEANING: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be charged to the security deposit. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

AMENITIES: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided to help you settle in comfortably. If you`re traveling with a larger group or staying for an extended period, you may wish to pick up a few extra essentials during your stay. We’re also happy to restock items for you—just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for a fee.

LOST KEYS: Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY/COMMERCIAL USE: The Property is for residential vacation use only. No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure is required by 10:00 AM. Return furniture to original positions, empty trash, remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, load and start dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in the laundry area.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The Management Company will address reported issues promptly but does not guarantee all equipment will function perfectly at all times. No refunds or adjustments will be made for appliance or equipment failures.

FORCE MAJEURE: The Management Company is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, utility outages, construction, or pandemics). No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
