The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience.
