"The outside of the hotel isn't the greatest but it is well maintained. There is a persistent smell of weed at the entry and in the lobby. The neighborhood around the hotel does not inspire confidence. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were clean and properly maintained. Stayed in room 102, which is physically located next to the breakfast room and the front desk. I did not have any major issues with noise or disturbance.
The bed was comfortable and the in-room microwave and mini-fridge worked as expected.
Daily breakfast was fine but nothing special. Basically a continental breakfast with a crockpot of scrambled eggs and a waffle maker.
Biggest issue experienced during the stay was having my credit card charged for 1-night of the stay, in addition to the 50 dollar incidental deposit, even though the stay was prepaid through my booking. I brought it to the attention to the front desk agent and the charge was reversed.
For the price paid, I am satisfied with the stay. I received good value for the money and had no showstopper issues."

"This was the perfect location! Close to downtown but also far enough away! The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs! We really enjoy our stay and would definitely return!"
