A tiny home with big possibilities.

Come enjoy our Tiny House! Located half way between Memphis and Nashville, this unique home is an easy 10 minutes drive from the I-40 freeway but rural enough to still be quiet and peaceful. Relax on the porch or explore the river just 2 miles down the road. If you prefer to stay in or have to work, no worries. You can whip up a meal in our kitchen, enjoy freshly ground gourmet coffee or take advantage of our high speed internet and watch some TV.

Studio style tiny house in a fantastic location with all of the amenities.

Ample free parking with a circular drive to easily accommodates boats or trailers.

Two beds. The main bed is a twin xl with a standard twin trundle/pop up bed underneath it.

Full kitchen complete with countertop oven/air fryer combo, microwave and 2 burner hotplate. Everything needed to cook a meal is provided such as cookware, plates, cups, utensils etc. Vintage air popcorn popper and complementary popcorn.

Gourmet house blend coffee is ground fresh for each guest. Both regular and decaf are available plus an assortment of teas.

Full bath with shower only, no tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

The eating area features a murphy table that folds down to free up space when not in use and the chairs fold up as well.
