Our beautiful 4-star apartments (about 63 square meters) have 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living / dining area and a kitchen. Bedroom and living / dining area are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling). Each apartment has a covered balcony (about 12sqm) with sea views. The garden has a pool and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Own parking spaces are available on the property.

Our house is 2 minutes walk, about 100m from the beach

Equipment:
Kitchen with stove, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave (on request), crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels.

Bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating. In a bathroom there is a washing machine. Towels are available.

Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen is available.

Living area has satellite TV, a high quality fold-out sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons).

Dining area with dining table for 6 people.

Balconies have dining tables for 6 and 2 sun loungers.

All apartments have Wi-Fi

All bedrooms and the living / dining area have air conditioning.

Pool / Outside:
The pool is 5x6m, so 30qm large. In the pool area there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. We have a "Konoba" (covered outdoor kitchen) with barbecue, dining table and chairs (use by arrangement)

Erstmal Kroatien

Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam. Alles war Tip top in Ordnung. Meer ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einfach Top. Internet ist in der Gegend allerdings sehr schwach und auch das Haus w-lan ließ einen sehr entschleunigen.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir wurden bei der Anreise herzlich begrüßt u. uns wurde alles gezeigt.Die Wohnung ist schön groß u. sauber.Die Hausbesitzer wussten das wir unsere Flitterwochen dort verbringen, somit stand ein Präsent auf dem Tisch, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.In dem Zimmer war die Matratze sehr hart, jedoch ist ein zweites Zimmer vorhanden u. somit haben wir in dem geschlafen,da dort die Matratze gemütlicher war.Das WLAN hat leider nicht wirklich funktioniert, jedoch war uns dieses im Urlaub nicht wichtig, daher haben wir dieses nicht angesprochen. Was wir persönlich schade fanden, dass man den Pool nur bis 18 Uhr nutzen durfte.Die Gegend ist sehr schön dort u. der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, wo man super schwimmen konnte. Man sollte sich jedoch gut überlegen, ob man mit Hund anreist, da die Vermieter stark darauf achten, wie viele Haare im Flur liegen. Uns wurde auch gesagt, unser Hund wäre eine Zumutung, obwohl der Vermieter wusste das wir mit einem Berner Sennenhund anreisen. Bei der Abreise haben wir das Gespräch gesucht u. haben uns nochmals entschuldigt wegen der Haare im Flur, daraufhin hat sich der Vermieter(Claus) bei uns auch entschuldigt. Wenn man Claus getroffen hat, hatte er auch immer gefragt ob alles gut sei. Bei der Abreise, als wir zusammen mit Claus sprachen, kam die Vermieterin und hat im frechen Ton , an Claus gesagt, wie man um 8:10 Uhr bereits die Wohnung saugen kann, dabei wurden wir nicht beachtet. Anscheinend darf man das nicht um die Zeit.

Ruhig, entspannt und alles vorhanden

Wir sind zu viert in der Unterkunft gewesen und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das beste waren die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster, sodass man auch ungestört mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte, dennoch gibt es auch AC in den Schlafzimmern. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Besitzer sind sehr nett. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt sind es ein paar Minuten mehr, aber auch gut zu laufen (~8-10Min Einweg). Am Pool kann man ebenfalls super entspannen.

Gelungener Urlaub im Happy Heaven House!

Wir durften ein entspanntes, informatives Ankommen genießen. Martina und Klaus sind sehr gästeorientiert. Wir kamen in den Genuß einer Oldtimer Cabriofahrt mit Klaus, zum einmaligen mega Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf die Kornaten. Stimmige, perfekt eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung. Entspannungsmöglichkeit auf Sonnenliegen und im Garten mit mega gepflegtem Pool. Martina und Klaus sind super aufmerksame und serviceorientierte Gastgeber. Gern kommen wir wieder, wenn die Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft abgeschlossen sind. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und den bereits genannten Details war es ein herrlicher Urlaub. Wir empfehlen die Bahia Bar in der Marina Dalmacija. Herrlich zum Baden und chillen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Der Vermieter war für Fragen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Klima ist sehr angenehm, wir hatten nur gutes Wetter.

Nichts für junge Leute

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Klima Anlage perfekt eingestellt. KEIN WLAN. Grillen nur in Beisein und es ist nicht gewünscht unten zu sitzen oder zu essen. Man wird auf alles hingewiesen. Sehr pingelig. Auf Ruhe wird sehr großer Wert gelegt. Schade, dass es nicht in der Beschreibung steht. Das war das erste mal in Kroatien. Übrigens ging es anderen Gästen auch so. Jedoch wurde leider keine Bewertung hinterlassen oder auch gelöscht. Strand in paar Minuten zu erreichen (Hat uns aber nicht gefallen).

Five-Star Accommodations in Zadar

Claus is an excellent host, and his property is exactly as described. The place looks brand new. The beds are comfortable, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever received from VRBO owners, if not the best. His home is immaculate, and his attention to detail is five stars. If you’re ever in Zadar or the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay.

Rundum Perfekt

Bereits vor der Buchung wurden all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Selbst eine vorab Kommunikation per Handy zur geplanten Anreise war gegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung weicht nicht von der Beschreibung der Annonce ab. Egal welche Fragen und Anliegen wir hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an Claus und Martina wenden & es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Egal ob es sich hier um ein Restaurantbesuch, ein Ausflugsziel oder um die Gegend drehte. Ein herzliches, freundliches und familiäres "Willkommen" ist hier groß geschrieben. Freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei Claus und Martina

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnung sowie das ganze Haus sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) war auch genug Platz, besonders hervorzuheben sind dabei die zwei schicken Bäder. Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und selbst zur Hochsaison Mitte August war der Strandabschnitt relativ leer und man lag nicht dicht an dicht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, unkompliziert und hilfreich zur anfänglichen Orientierung. Alles ins allem ein toller Aufenthalt und ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub

Alles war so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Tolles Wetter, eine Super Wohnung , wo alles ruhig war, obwohl der Strand nur um die Ecke ist. Der Vermieter hat und eine Einweisung gegeben, so dass wir für nichts fragen mussten. Wir bedanken uns nochmals, dass wir hier Urlaub machen konnten. Klaus und Martina sind Super Gastgeber.

Sukosan Gem

I am a Croatian from Canada and have stayed in many apartments throughout the country. I was very pleasantly surprised with this property, but especially with the owner Claus and his lovely wife. We became friends during my stay. Very nice.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute

Wir haben unseren Urlaub von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr genossen, Wiederholung sehr wahrscheinlich. Die Apartments entsprechen den Fotos, sind sehr gepflegt und mit Sinn für‘s Details ausgestattet. Die beiden erfahrenen Gastgeber schaffen mit ihrer freundlich-offenen und hilfsbereiten Art einen schönen Rahmen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Petra
