    High Ceilings for comfortable summer air flow. Large screened in porch.
    Location: Walking distance to beach (across the street) and restaurants (one block).
    Great sound barriers with kids downstairs and adults upstairs, superb insulated walls and doors for early risers and late sleepers
    Two refrigerators for multi families and hungry kids.
    TV's sets up for HMI cables, ping pong and board games.
    Lot's of lounge space for entertaining as well as privacy.
