Two-room apartment located on Lake Iseo in a complex with swimming pool. The apartment, about 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a residence with a direct view of the lake. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with appliances, a 4-seater table, an area with a queen-size sofa bed, TV and WiFi connection.A comfortable bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a cabinet with mirror, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Guests have access to a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs at the front of the apartment, and another private area at the back equipped with 2 relaxation chairs. The apartment is equipped with two deck chairs that can be placed in the garden. At 50 mt. from the residence there is a small beach accessible to all. The railway passes 50 meters away with local trains with limited frequency. The opening of the residence swimming pool is subject to precise anti-Covid rules which could jeopardize its closure without notice.
Pool opening 10th June. A security deposit of €300 (€600 in case of pet) is required, by credit card. The card details will be requested at the time of booking confirmation, however the block will be activated upon the guest's arrival. Please note that it is mandatory to use a swimming cap for accessing the pool.
