Cudjoe Bay Getaway In Paradise

Welcome to our house in paradise! This elevated canal house is the fourth property away from Cudjoe Bay and the Atlantic Ocean on Cudjoe Key and is roughly 22 miles from Key West at Mile Marker 23. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the same southern facing deck overlooking the canal. You can fish in the canal then cook your catch on the provided grill and kitchenware to enjoy while watching the sunset.

The Rental Details: 28 day minimum for all bookings.

The Kitchen/Living Area: We have tried to stock all the essential cooking tools for the stay that we would want and if anything is not available let us know right away what would make your vacation more perfect. An outside grill is provided as well. Please note the Washer/Dryer stackable proximity to the Smart TV in the pictures. If desired, A Fire Stick for the TV is provided for logging into an individual's account using the WiFi. No Cable/Satellite is provided. The upstairs is available and everything else in the yard while the downstairs, inside isn't accessible. Lower Level is for Owner and Property Manager things if needed for immediate replacement if we have it as well as if we need to stay the night. This means the property is shared when the Property Manager or Owner are at the house, in the separate lower level. Please contact with questions.

The Canal: Our house has 60 feet of cement seawall frontage along the clean, clear canal and can support a turnaround of a 30 foot boat unless someone wants to back in their boat. 8x 12" cleats are installed at the sea wall. The canal usually has Parrot fish and Mangrove snapper with occasional nurse sharks. A ladder is provided for accessibility in and out of the water for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. 2 tandem kayaks with paddles, life jackets are provided.

Pets: Well behaved, socialized, people and pet friendly dogs will be considered with up to date proof of vaccines. Additional fees may be incurred for any damage by a renter's pet. Please contact with questions. We have pets also and know accidents happen. Pets must be cleaned up after.

Smoking is permitted outside only, not inside.
