Spacious cottage offers a full kitchen, screened patio, two queen bedrooms. This cottages is only steps away from our pool. The pool, dock and seawall are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Oceanside Cottage to be your Home Away From Home.

Nice Stay w/ My Sister

The cottage worked great for our sister trip. It was a good halfway point to many of the Key's attractions and was in a nice quieter community. The cottage was cozy and clean, but don't expect a fancy accommodation. The property was right on some water which was really nice.

Great location

This is great location. Easy boating access to the Ocean or Gulf. If you don't want to go out on the water, it is only a 20 minute drive to Key West. There are also a lot of really good restaurants a short drive away. We stay here multiple times a year and are very happy with this place.

Property was nice, clean. Only issue was the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and we had run the dishwasher before we could cook as there is not a lot of dishes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Quiet, peaceful.

What to bring!

Beach towels!! The cottage is very cute. Very basic kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. No extra comfort amenities...travel mugs, beach chairs, hot pads for kitchen, toilet paper, beach towels. And if you plan to wash anything bring coins. 1.50 per wash

Fishing trip with friends

The house was nice. It does have a few flaws but the price reflects that. Could use a few more dishes. Kitchen amenities are minimal but the basics are there. We used the large pool by the coin laundry and it was evrything we needed. We would stay again.

fantastic stay

We are old Florida Keys visitors and past residents. We were delighted with the accommodations, pool and view.We are planning our next stay...same time, same place minus the two days of Helene.Will have to make arraignments for a recliner to be delivered for my wifes sleeping and sitting comfort.Our first night was Sept 20 not the 19th as indicated in error. We stayed 9 nights.Thanks again for the great stay!

Second time at this property

This is our second time at this property but first time in this unit. We absolutely love it here. The cottages have all the essentials, comfortable beds and are right on the water. We’re Floridians so we understand that you’re occasionally going to see an ant or something from outside inside but it’s because of the climate and not the cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back!

Was comfortable....not enough lights.inside in kitchen..outside...no lites or on porch...I would rent again from u...non of the grills were useable...great stay

Great place for first family trip to the Keys

The central location was good. A cute little property that met our needs. It was helpful to have onsite (shared/coin laundry), it was a trek to find at first, but the host's map was helpful. Responsive host. Friendly suggestions for improvement: the bathroom could use a little TLC and the drain plug in the bathtub needs fixing (if you or your child needs/wants to take a bath the tub will not stay full); master bed was too squeaky and uncomfortable for two adults, and the last few nights we were kept awake by the sound of roof rats. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Close to Key West and The Seven Mile Bridge

Great location, be careful pulling out onto the highway. The house is decent, you can tell it has weathered some major storms (floors are slanted and it doesnt seal up real well). Thermostat says dont go below 75 and AC was NOT keeping up with the outside temps. A bit warm at times. It does have access to a nice pool right at the edge of the water, property was quiet with just a few other respectful guests in the area. It was priced right for a short notice trip.

The property was as advertised and close to the amenities we wanted. The host was very attentive and responded to our texts promptly. The house was not very clean. Food under couch cushions, hair on the bathroom walls, hair stuck on the wall behind the kitchen sink, mouse poop in a kitchen drawer, crusties on the bed sheets, stains on the couch and chair, back door would not lock, active wasp nest above the back door.

Lovely Keys Getaway

The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.
