"Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. "A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. "We’ve been to Bude a number of times, but this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The location is second to none, right on top of Summerleaze Beach. The accommodation is stunning - huge rooms with high quality furnishings and fittings. And it’s all topped off by lovely little extra touches - cream tea and other provisions on arrival. "We had a lovely short stay at the Sunrise. The hosts contacted us prior to arrival to forewarn us of the road closures for the Bude Carnival and allowing us flexibility with check in (should we have required it) because of the event. When arriving we were met with a warm and friendly welcome. We had a wonderful stay and the breakfasts both mornings were excellent. The B&B is decorated to a high standard and has a lovely cosy welcoming feel. Would recommend and will stay there again on future visits."
