"The hotel overlooks Summerleaze beach & has lovely views - our room looked over the beach too The room we were in was spacious and very clean and we had a very good nights sleep All the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and made our stay a very pleasant experience The slight downside was parking - there were only limited spaces outside the hotel but we were able to park in a nearby car park which was free overnight (less than a five minute walk from the hotel) We would definitely stay at this hotel again "

"The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well."

"A wonderful stay. Even though the online description incorrectly indicated a dryer, our hosts graciously offered to dry our clothes for us. Which they did, picking up early evening and returning early evening. Fantastic service.We really enjoyed our stay."
