"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided...

"Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again"
