"Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again."

"We had such a wonderful few days at Fern Cottage! The stunning views from all the rooms, especially our bedroom, were a delight to wake up to each morning. The place is charmingly decorated with lovely decor and furnishings and everything felt very clean. We did notice quite a few visitors eager to take pictures, but we didn’t mind at all! We even spent cozy evenings re-watching old episodes of Doc Martin on the CD player, which made our stay feel extra special. Check-in was easy and communications beforehand were excellent, as were responses to a couple of questions we had while we were there. All round fabulous."

"From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome to Port Gaverne. Our room was very comfortable with great facilities The bar was a lovely place to wind away a few hours, with a great variety of drinks on offer. The breakfast menu was full of great choices to start the day’s adventures around Cornwall and the restaurant had lots of great food to choose from, especially the Sunday roast. The staff were as friendly,helpful, welcoming and made our stay one to remember. We hope to go back sometime soon."
