Good budget alternative in Sundsvall. Knaust and the Clarion hotels are better but also more expensive. Very friendly staff and many alternatives in the breakfast. Calm street.

Mycket missnöjd med bokningen. Har gjort en skrivelse till er kundtjänst som jag inte fått svar på.. Bokade först ett rum och betalade med Swish direkt, rummet bokades och pengarna drogs från mitt konto. Sedan gjordes återbetalning från Swish och rummet var inte länge bokat. Det kom ingen kommentar om detta eller varför.. Sedan upptäckte jag att jag inte längre var bokat, då var rummet betydligt dyrare att boka..

Utmärkt service

Väldigt trevligt bemötande. Receptionen var väldigt uppmärksamma och bra, men det har många hotell. Det som stack ut var frukostpersonalen. Alla man mötte hälsade med ett glatt godmorgon. De kom och fyllde på med fika. Vi var 7 st + barnvagn och det var väldigt fullt vid frukosten men de hjälpte till så att vi fick sitta ihop vid ett stort bord. Service utöver det vanliga😀
