"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong is that you can hear every single noise coming from the street. The highway is right next to the hotel and all night I heard cars zooming past. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you but aside from that, it was great. "

"The room was clean & beds were good but we needed much better lighting. It’s dark and not enough lights for the night. We also needed batteries for the remote & they said that person had gone home so they gave us an old remote with no battery closure to use. If had failed, we would have had to change rooms. I almost went to buy batteries myself but at least, the old remote did work. It was just lacking in some basic necessities. "

"Upon arrival, I waited over an hour for a key card due to system issues. When I finally received a key to room #1, I discovered the room was occupied. The second room #2 was given and it was also occupied. I was ultimately placed in room#3, but because of the delays I had to rush to my scheduled event. When I returned to my room after midnight, the toilet would not flush. With no maintenance on-site, I was transferred to yet another room#4 at around 2:00 AM. This resulted in significant disruption, lost rest, and overall frustration. Despite these repeated issues, I did not receive any form of compensation—no credit, discount, points, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused."
