Looking for your next vacation stop? Look no further! Our condo has all the conveniences of home plus the ease of main floor living. This unit is also steps away from golfing, a neighborhood pool, new renovated restaurants and just 3 miles to one of the most pristine beaches on the East Coast

Our bright condo has been updated with luxury vinyl flooring, renovated bathrooms, fresh linens and paint. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened in porch overlooking the 10th green. Main bedroom has a king bed and additional day bed plus trundle with an attached bathroom and private entry.  The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom.  Accommodates up to 8 people.

Laundry is in the unit, along with high speed wifi, smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen.  

Dining out instead? You'll find great restaurants in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle, Shallotte or venture towards Myrtle Beach.  

Our condo is part of the Champions section of Sea Trail and comes with its private community pool.  This pool is open May - October and is only a few steps across the parking lot.  Beautiful Sunset Beach just 7 minutes away!
Our unit is pet friendly for dogs only. Please let me know if you are bringing a dog in your initial reservation request.

Great condo in Sea Trail

We have stayed in several different condos in Sea Trail and this one is near the top of the list. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this unit.

Winter Getaway

We loved the unit, the view out of the porch and proximity to the clubhouse restaurants. Short drive to the beach a big plus. Loved riding our bicycles to do our shopping for necessities. Pups loved to spend time out in the porch.

When we thought about going to Sunset Beach for Thanksgiving, we didn’t know what our kids sports schedules would be so it was nice to be able to pick the days and even extend the stay by a day. Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

Great Family Getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice pool right across from the condo. Nearby stores, great restaurants and can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Property manager responds quickly and great communication overall. I can not explain in words how pleased we were with this property. We will definitely stay here again :)

Great property!! Clean, perfect for family!! We visited with our teen daughters and their friends. The pool is great and the condo was wonderful. We enjoyed our time on the screened in porch. We will be back!!

Delightful, space and location. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Sunset Beach.

Very nice place. Well stocked living room, kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it. One note, the master bedroom mattress is extra, extra hard, if you like that. We didn't. We slept in the second bedroom but it was fine. Price was appropriate.

This is a nice condo, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and the beach. The owner was responsive to one request we had.

Great Stay!!

We decided to take a last minute vacation and found this condo available. LuAnn was great to work with and we really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Sunset Beach is 3 min away! We spent everyday at the beach and then the evenings at the pool that is prob 10 steps away from the front door of the condo. We will definitely be back! Thank you LuAnn! My kid said “Best vacation ever”

2nd time we’ve stayed in the condo. Even added on 2 days this time at the last minute. Owners are very gracious and very easy to deal with. The unit is very conveniently located to all good dining … and only 5 minutes to the surf!

Roomy condo. Excellent location. Very nice pool with new chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to beach, shops and restaurants. Floors were extremely dirty, especially the tile floors. Really need multiple moppings to get all the dirt off. Screened porch needed vacuuming and sliding glass doors cleaned. We did not like you-tube television.

WOW, what a staycation!

By far, the best place we have ever stayed. What can't I say about this condo...The location is perfect and only a 4 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The pool is 30 yards away. The condo is beautiful. It was extremely clean and there is so much room. The condo is filled with things to do and the owner was so helpful with booking, tips, and information. To be honest, it was hard to leave the condo some nights to go out. I highly recommend this condo if you're new to Sunset Beach and need a base of operations or if you are looking for the whole vacation experience. What a trip!

Lovely, comfortable and family friendly condo

Our first time staying at SeaTrail Plantation in this condo went wonderfully. Easy to get to other areas of interest, grocery stores, etc..Quiet setting and easy pool access. The Pearl West golf course nearby was the favorite of everyone that golfed in multiple locations during the week. Having both the mini-suite and villa made everyone comfortable and made the condo spacious. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there eating, drinking and socializing. The owner is easy to work with and readily available to assist if needed. There's lots of green space to walk the dogs and amenities to keep them comfortable as well. It's close to really good places to eat. Our favorite place during our week was actually in Ocean Isle Beach- Pogies Waterfront Dining and Music. They have a rooftop you can go up to, to watch the sunset-stunning! All in all, it was a great week
