Pelicans Perch is a spacious studio suite in the very desirable Sea Trail community in Sunset Beach. You will find everything you need for a wonderful getaway to the coast... from the comfortable beds to the relaxing screened in porch. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker. The ensuite bathroom offers a separate sink/vanity area from the toilet/shower room making it private and efficient for more than one traveler. The television is a smart tv with complimentary Netflix subscription. (Feel free to login to any of your own channels while staying).

Pelicans Perch is a short ride away from the beautiful outdoor pool complex complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with walking and biking trails and award-winning golf!

** please note. The guest pool is under renovation until August 2025 (projected completion date) and will not be available until that time. We have lowered our nightly rates and made bikes available to our guests to make up for the loss of amenity at this time.

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.
