"This is a fabulous, beautiful residence and hotel with gorgeous rooms, helpful staff and history built in. The house and grounds are immaculate, the food is really fit for a King! I felt so well looked after here. Mount Abu is a fascinating destination too."

"Good experience "

"Hotel was quite nice. I was in room G4, it is a preferred room. Sup. Dlx. Hotel is well connected near market and taxi stand."

"Staff was very co operative"

"Hotel was good. Room were clean and have all required aminities. Bathroom was good. Service was prompt. "

"I will give the honest review about all The property is underdeveloping phase on the ground floor it means it is new but it will be perfect after few months the rooms are in underground but same as given in images neat and clean, rooms & washrooms, beds are well maintenend with comfort and also comfortable and friendly staff will help in every aspect perfect in these all aspects but there are some points that I have to highlight the location of hotel is little bit far from nakki as it is in...

"stay was really good and service was also very nice, but food price must be reasonable and quantity served must also be increased, though quality and taste of food was best"

"Good"

"Property is good, but the rooms.. were decent. Not worth the price, though. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at Regency Hall (restaurant) gave very good hospitality."

"No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. "

"Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "

"Great service and a clean, comfortable room. Excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and informative. "

"Very good property, Good room service"

"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"Hot water should be available all time instead of 7 to 10 am."

"Nice budget hotel with centre location. Food is very average. Staffs are very much cooperative and humble.that was my stand over stay."

"The rooms are partially cleaned, there were bed bugs in the bed and blankets, blankets were smelling bad seems like never washed, no towels in the washrooms and no exhaust fans, electric wires hanging loose in the washrooms. We need to buy our own room freshener to keep the bad smell from rooms and washrooms. There is only 3 staff, one is the manager and 2 helpers. Location is the only plus point to stay here, very nice and kept neat and clean to sit outside but need to climb steep stairs so not...
