"Good location, very close to night walking Sunset plaza. Room is clean, but we found mosquitos in our room. No receptionist available in the early morning when we checked out, so we left the room key and a note on the reception desk. Overall, it's a good place for a short stay in Phu Quoc with this reasonable price."

"La Festa has a wonderful location, where all the happenings in Sunset Town centred around the hotel. Everything is walking distance and there was barely a need to take transport to go to the popular tourist locations. Staff are attentive and the breakfast spread is to die for! As the property is vast, it is good for both families and those that would like a quiet holiday. "

"The apartment was lovely, spacious and with a great view of the nightly fireworks display. Good location to the cable car and sunset/evening shows. We found it frustrating that there is no manned reception or concierge with this property. Everything is done via What's app. If you are using only wifi, then you have limited coverage once you are away from the room as Wifi does not work once you leave the room. The TV is set up that you have to use your phone to watch anything. Unlike most accommodation places where there is CNN or BBC for example, there is none of this. The pool is on the 20th floor and has an amazing view over the area however there are only 3 sun loungers and no shade so not ideal for spending too much time relaxing by the pool."

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

"More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here). Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue. Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town. The rooms were also a good size and well maintained. For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay. "

"Ok Big Room, they Said they upgrafed our room IF we gave good feedback on review.. its an ok place to stay, but confusing place. The check in prosess was terrible. We stood there for 20 minutes before anyone looked at us, there were 4 people doing nothing/ looking at the phone. After we finally were given any help, there was little hospitality. But it is an ok place once you finally get the room, for this price it’s ok. "
