The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment is Bulcock Street, the bustling main street of Caloundra. Kings Beach is situated approximately 700m walk to the patrolled beach, surf club plus cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area and beach pool on the foreshore.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 300m walk to Bulcock Street/Moreton Parade where bus services operate to Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore (northbound) and to Caloundra Station.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
