We loved how it was nice and quiet with the beach a 2-minute walk away! The apartment building was quiet, and we could hear the waves crashing from the balcony. Clean and modern with everything we needed. 3km walk to the main shops and restaurants in Moolollaba, but lots of places to eat closer.

Very nice well equipped apartment in an excellent position just across the road from the beach but still in a quiet location. Bonus to be able to walk to good local shops and Cotton Tree is a really nice area, especially for families with young children with the safe beach and play areas around the river estuary as opposed to the more exposed main surf beach. Lovely swimming pool at the apartment complex which we usually had to ourselves as most of the time only 4 of the 8 apartments being used. Large balcony which we almost lived on and made good use of the Webber barbeque. Some people might find the lack of air-conditioning a drawback in the summer heat of Queensland - just ceiling fans in every room. We had such high winds from the tail-end of a tropical storm that through ventilation was not a problem! We would book again for its position.
