most notible was that is was central to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only two negatives were that the building is about 50+ years old BUT it's clean and well sourced EXCEPT the 2 x TV's were so old you only had local stations to choose from. No smart TV screens. Would i book again, absolutely if they up grade their tv offering.

I was not told that there was road construction right out the front of the property. There was no lift and the stairs were dark and unsafe. Parking was terrible. The property needs an update and it was not clean inside.

Good for short stay, but improvements are needed.

The property was very neat and clean. It was an overnight stay to experience my first time in Mooloolaba. The property is just minutes away from all ameneties - Beach, Subway, Dominos, BWS, heaps of restaurants and a seven 11. Issues - The property says the rooms are air conditoned; however; precisely there was a single air conditioner for the entire unit - on top of the entrance door (living room) which eventually took a while to cool the temperature in the bedroom. Another important thing - there should be clear instructions regarding the after hours entrance to the building - as the entrance from the reception closes after working hours, and without any clear information it is not easy to locate the door to enter the building after office working hours.

This property was easy walking distance to Mooloolaba , restaurants. The room was nice, well sized. Negative: I can say on arrival I overheard a conversation with management/caretaker about our arrival, and it wasn't pleasant nor welcoming as we had arrived later in day after we had finished work. It felt uncomfortable to ask, how to get to our room and about parking. However other encounters with reception were nice and they were helpful and friendly Other, was no flyscreens on window in bathroom and the window was open when we arrived. Thankfully no insects nor wildlife entered. No lifts, but that was fine print explained in the initial viewing of property on Expedia
