A mix of old and new, rustic exterior with contemporary interior with modern conveniences. 10 min to Coolum beach. The cabin has 1 queen bed and also a quality sofa bed that folds down to another queen bed. Full kitchen/bathroom/Aircon/TV/BBQ/fire pit. Cabin is located on a 50 acre fenced with dog wire so dogs can have free reign of or if you like to even bring your horse, there is a good riding 5 min away. The cabin is by the dam on a 50 acres cattle and goat farm. Views to Mt. Ninderry is beautiful backdrop with spectacular sunsets. The property is close to the beach, river, mountains, shops and restaurants or just relax by the dam with a campfire and gaze at the stars on a beautiful night.

This property had beautiful views. The dam with its flowering water lilies, the paddocks filled with cattle, goats and sheep made for a lovely, relaxing getaway. We wished we could have stayed longer. Being pet friendly, Maple loved getting away with us too.

The cabin is even better in person then in the photos. The absolute perfect spot to sit back and relax. The views were absolutely beautiful of the pond and the cows and goats. Very peaceful and quiet location. We loved it so much we wanted to stay another night but it was already booked. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing property. My daughter and I had such a wonderful time here. Fed baby and adult goats and sheep. Hosts are very friendly. Lovely hut to sleep in. Very comfortable bed. Our dog also had a great time here running around! Highly recommded. 10mins from Coolum beach.

Take me back to the country!

I love staying here. The beautiful scenery and the opportunity for puppies to run free. The hosts are fantastic. The grandchildren loved feeding the goats, cows and sheep.

Perfect Chill Spot

Perfect spot to unwind and relax. Overlooking the huge dam with lillies and lots of wildlife enjoyed it. The view looking out to Mt Nindery is stunning to.

Great weekend relax

Relaxing area by the damn with bird life to enjoy watching, close to coast for a beach trip or there a some nice hiking spots more inland, it’s the perfect halfway point

Loved the charm of the cabin. Beautiful outlook over the dam. Worth going up Ninderry mountain just for the stunning view at the top. Handy to beach.

Rustic cabin

Everything we had hoped for. Peaceful with plenty of bird life and other animals such as the cows and goats. Wonderful farm stay, rustic cabin outlook with well presented interior. Definitely recommend.

It wasn't just a tin shed

Inside the tin shed was a perfect little holiday home. Comfortable clean and peaceful. The owners were welcoming and friendly and helpful with information about the area.

Great little getaway

Lovely cabin by the dam. I loved that I could bring my dog for the stay. The gate for the paddock that the cabin is in can be shut giving a secure yard for dogs to roam around. Doug and his little border collie, Molly, were very welcoming hosts.

Relax by the Dam

This property is amazing. The cabin was clean and tidy and totally self contained. It has a wonderful fenced in area for the dogs so they were able to run free. The dam has an abundance of birdlife that we could just sit back, relax and watch. Can't wait to get back again. need to leave

Quick little getaway!

This place was perfect for a quick little get away to the sunshine coast. Everything was as described.It quite literally was a 'cabin in the dam paddock' and that added to novelty of this quant accommodation choice. Our kids enjoyed the few farm animals around and would have loved it even more if we had been able to get a small fire going at night. Although we had to tackle a few bugs at night, it didn't detract from the vibe.I would book here again (and recommend to others) if it suited. Thanks for the Stayz

We had a great time our little dog had fun with Molly the dog and Goat the position is rural and next to a big pond with lotsa birds. Not far to any places to see on the Sunshine Coast The host Doug made us welcome and was very helpful

Stayed here purely so we could bring our Golden Retriever for a holiday. Loved that the property was fully fenced and right next to the dam so he could have a swim. Bit of a drive to nearest takeaway etc but liked how quiet it was. The converted shed is very basic but was still comfortable and clean. We would stay again and can recommend, especially if you have dogs.
