Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four, making it the perfect place for shared breakfasts, family dinners or planning your next day of adventure.



The light-filled living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a welcoming space to relax after a day spent exploring the Sunshine Coast. Whether you're watching a movie or simply enjoying a quiet evening indoors, this cosy space has everything you need.



Step outside onto the private balcony where you'll find a BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for four, perfect for alfresco meals and warm coastal evenings. Upstairs, enjoy exclusive access to your own private rooftop terrace, providing the perfect place to soak up the Sunshine Coast sunshine or unwind with a drink after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to the complex's shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim throughout their stay.



Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): A peaceful retreat featuring a queen bed, wardrobe storage and direct access to the main bathroom.



Bedroom 2: Perfect for children or additional guests, featuring two single beds and wardrobe storage.



Bathroom: The well-appointed bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience. Please note that the shower screen opening has limited clearance and is narrower than standard, which may not be suitable for all guests. The bathroom also connects to the laundry, which is equipped with a washing machine, making longer stays and beach holidays easy and stress-free.



*Please note: The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs and there is no lift, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those travelling with heavy luggage.
