Everything about this property was spot on. Comfy bed. Awesome shower. Staff were exceptional. To top it off, I got a room with an awesome view of the sunrise. Will be back!

Bli Bli Suites

Always a good option for my Sunshine Coast stays. Comfortable, clean and good location with restaurant in the building. Shower pressure is very poor and not hot enough which is a consistent problem at this invited.

Quiet, clean, spacious.

Very happy with the location, near the airport, meals available 1floor down. Perhaps an option of regular tea would be nice, there was only green tea. Will certainly stay here again.

I do like this property, however, for the cost it doesn’t come with all the ammenities that you would expect if you were staying in a hotel. Fast check in and out though.

Support staff excellent

Set car or phone gps to Bli Bli Bottle O drive through. Makes it easier to find. Support staff excellent help for us to locate the property. Our car gps gave us the area.

Facility was great, however let down by service issues - things that should be standard in a facility as good as this -- no toilet paper, needed some extra towels, a box of tissues - would have been good to have a small microwave or a toaster

A little hiccup with check in..

We stayed here just the week before and it was very nice. Everything went very well from check in to check out. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. However this time we didn't have such a good check in experience. We understood we could check into the suites from 2pm. When we didn't receive our code to release our key, a little after 3pm I sent a message to the number to ask when the room would be available. I didn't receive a reply, so I sent another text to the number about half hour later and still no reply. Then I tried calling the number but it didn't accept voice calls. So now I went to Hotels.com to see where I could contact somebody to find out about getting into our room. I spoke to a young lady who was amazed that I hadn't received the code, she then sent me the msg with what we needed to access the room. It was after 4pm that we actually got into the room.
